Inspired by helping to connect people and spreading kindness, VSR will be running a Christmas Card Exchange this November/December.

An exchange of Christmas cards or letters between people of the Virtual Sewing Room community.

We will have a special card/letter writing/making session before the final posting day… News of that another day.

1. Fill in the form to take part [see link on profile].

2. Wait to be told who you are sending a card or letter to on 29th November.

3. Write your card or letter for your person. You can choose to make a card or use one you already have.

4. Post before the deadline of 9th December.

5. Wait by your letterbox for your card/letter to arrive.

6. Feel a little bit of love when you open your card.

Find out your recipient: 29th November

Write your card/letter: 29th November to 8th December

Post your card/letter before: Monday 9th December.

Cards start to be received: from 9th December

• Messages in cards or letters must be positive and respectful.

• Please only send a card or letter with a written message - do not send any gifts.

• You agree to post a card or letter at your own expense.

• You can opt in/out of posting outside of your country.

• If you sign up and are unable to post something, please let Jenny know ASAP.

• “Letter Angels” are on hand for those who do not receive a card or letter on time.
