Pricing Structure
Hopefully you will have seen, Virtual Sewing Room will be a paid for service from 1st October 2024.
Costings were decided on feedback from a survey conducted in June and July 2024. If you contributed to that feedback - THANK YOU! It was valuable to help me structure affordable and realistic costings.
Inclusivity and accessibility is very important to me. Social connection means a lot and I don’t want people to miss out due to finances. That is why there is a FREE subscription and Pay-It-Forward program.
Paying for Sessions.
Subscriptions
Free Subscription - £0.00
One free regular session a month.
Monthly Subscription - £12.50
USD: $16.48 / AUD: $24.32 / EUR: €14.75*
Unlimited regular sessions a month.
Annual Subscription - £120.00
USD: $158.16 / AUD: $233.41 / EUR: €141.60 *
Unlimited regular sessions for a year.
Subscriptions do not include themed Sewalongs or other unique sessions.
Pay-Per-Session
Not sure how often you can attend monthly or have an unpredictable schedule? Pay-per-session option might be for you. Pay-per-Sessions are at a set cost as/when you are able to attend. This can be done in conjunction with Free Subscription.
There are two costs for a “regular session” due to different length of sessions.
Pay-Per-Session - Regular Session
£5.00 for a two hour session
USD: $6.59 / AUD: $9.72 / EUR: €5.90*
Pay-Per-Session - Long Session
£10.00 for a six hour session
USD: $13.18 / AUD: $19.44 / EUR: €11.80*
Sewalongs and other unique sessions will all be set at a pay-per-session cost, and will be priced individually depending on duration and content.
First Session Free- There will be a discount code available for newbies to attend the first session for free. We know hanging out on a video call isn’t everybody’s ideal way to socialise, so give it a go.
Pay It Forward
To be accessible for as many people as possible, Virtual Sewing Room offers a “Pay It Forward” scheme.
The money contributed to the “Pay It Forward” pot aims to support those who may not financially be able to join a session. We hope some attendees are able to support others to join sessions, at a donation you can afford.

Refunds (Boring, but necessary)
Refunds for Pay-per-Session are only available if the attendee cancels their place more than an hour before the start of the session. There is a link on your confirmation email to cancel your place, to support you in a quick and easy process.
