SurreySews, is an Instagram community fostering friendship and events for stitchers and crafters in Surrey, UK & beyond.
In October, they are hosting an afternoon get together in Woking. Find the details below, as well as a link to tickets.
At time of writing, they still have tickets available. A few of the VSR regulars will be going, and we’re looking forward to meeting in person and eating cake together!
When I heard about the event, I got in touch with regular VSR attendee Mel to see if she wanted to join forces to have a Sewalong for attendees. Oh course she jumped at the chance for a collaboration.
As an anxious person, especially in new situations, I thought it would be great for the opportunity to meet others before the big day.
The Event
What is SewFizzTeaCated?
A fun sewing themed afternoon tea, with fizz and a full cream tea. The food will be catered by the husband of SurreySews’s very own Mel!
When?
It's on Saturday 19th October 2024.
2-5pm.

Wednesday 18th September 7-9pm (London BST/GMT+1)
